Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had! Dark char, dripping moist and amazing smoke flavor. Falls apart with a fork. My guests and family could not stop taking about it, especially the corn bread. All the food was amazing, and plenty of leftovers for everyone

Got to eat here at the Due South luau The owners are so nice and friendly! I was the last in a long line so our food took awhile to get to us, but it was worth it. It looks like they could have used one more person, but I enjoyed my experience. I had the brisket. Smokey and tender. My husband had the pulled pork. He said it was moist and flavorful.

Scarlett is a doll, very sweet, the set up is super compact and it works well. The pulled pork was tender and although I am not a fan of sweet BBQ sauce, the sauce provided on the side, which I love, is super tasty! I was not a big fan of the mac n cheese since it was smoked(and I knew that when I ordered), it sort of gave off a similar flavor so everything on the plate tasted the same. Not a bad thing if you don't mind, but personally, I didnt care for smoked mac n cheese, I gave it try AND ate it all, it wasn't bad at all, just off putting. I feel that it sort of takes away from the cheesiness mac n cheese provides, for me anyway. I will say thumbs up to Scarlett's for great quality of meat, tender and delicious, and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth, the platter comes with one side, but also included chips, a pickle spear, sliced onions and an orange slice garnish, great touch, Scarlett, it was lovely.

We have taken the traditional slow cook and added Florida specialty dry rubs and Florida specialty sauces. 
Each brisket sits in a unique Florida dry rub and a locally sourced, savory oak smoke for 14 hours.
Your pork shoulder sits over nine hours in a glorious haze of those same Florida attributes.
